A band follows the same brand journey as many companies. They go from nothing to something. They build from the ground up. Their background, values and ethics help define them and when used in a storytelling context can create a relationship to their consumer. In this case, their audience.
With that said, a band is in every aspect a brand. Never before has the content surrounding a band been more important. It helps their audience understand who and what they are. The content can help them be relatable...
Find a band / musical group / orchestra / choir (or such) to work with. They will be your client. Help tell their brand story through content. Give them a narrative and help them connect with their audience, current and new.
Your approach should be a holistic one. Use several forms of expression, wether it’s video, audio, graphics, text or photography, to create a content universe surrounding your client. Use a minimum of three platforms.
Reasoning
Finding and creating awareness around this hidden gem in the streets of Stockholm, we decided to showcase how intimate it can get at Glenn Miller Café with four episodes.
